I Laughed At First, Now I Wish I Knew About This Sooner ...
I tear up every time I think about how much my body AND life have changed.
I mean … for years, I watched the pounds pile on and felt like I couldn’t do anything about it
Everything I tried was just too hard and unrealistic to stick with long-term.
I don’t even remember how many diets I’ve quit because I felt hungry all the time.
I didn’t feel or look like myself anymore – tired face, double chin, extra rolls.
I was getting winded going up the stairs, even bending down to tie my shoes was becoming a chore.
My knees hurt and my overall health was deteriorating.
I tried to keep positive. I told myself “this body carried two beautiful and healthy children” and “it’s just a number”.
But the number was big and it became a reflection of how I saw myself.
I felt frustrated and my confidence was totally shot.
I am crying right now as I write this because I know there is a woman out there, just like me, feeling the same way I did.
And the story of this woman can be different.
When I started watching the video I’m about to share with you here, I was rather skeptical. But as it went on something just clicked.
I felt like someone understood exactly what I’d been going through and how I was feeling.
Needles to say, I decided to follow my gut and give this method a try.
But I decided to follow my gut feeling and I started doing the “Exotic Rice method” every day.
It didn’t take long for me to feel and see the difference. From 209 down to 187 … then 170 … then 155 … all the way down to 135.
I never thought it would be possible at 56.
Today, I look and feel like new woman!
I actually had to (yes, had to) go shopping for smaller clothes. And I enjoyed it instead of feeling dread.
My husband and I have are closer than ever!
And the best thing – my annual trip to the doctor confirmed what I suspected
My heart was healthier than ever, and my blood sugar levels (which had been steadily creeping up) were at healthy levels.
I couldn’t be any happier!
It’s crazy to think that such a small thing stopped me from being the best version of myself for so long.
